FRIENDS of CEDAR RAPIDS HISTORIC PRESERVATION is a 501(c)(3) organization serving the Cedar Rapids area.  The sole purpose of this non-profit is to promote and preserve the integrity of current and future historical districts and landmarks in our city.  FCRHP  provides education to the public on historical preservation through our workshops, by hosting national speakers on preservation, and by assisting with grants or zero interest loans.  We also assist both private homeowners, as well as commercial building owners with the research and application process to becoming a local landmark, should their properties be eligible for the local and or national listings.
